* Organization & Registration of Co-Operative Society: Organization & Registration of various types of Co-Operative society and collection of registration fees based on paid up share capital.
* Audit of Co-Operative Society: Statutory audit of all types of Co-Operative societies in every year and collection of Government audit fees as per Government norms.
* Supervision work: Supervision of various types of registered Co-Operative societies.
* Bakijai: Collection of outstanding from the defaulters against whom Bakijai cases are filed.
* Liquidation: Liquidation of all type of defunct Co-Operative societies as per Co-Operative Act & Rules.
* Inspection/enquiry: Inspection & enquiry is done as per Co-Operative Act & rules when necessary.

Different schemes which are in execution with relevent photographs:
* Shopping Mall: Construction of shopping mall in Silpota SS Ltd. is going on, about 30% work is completed.
* Rice Mill: Rice Mill building construction in Kalaigaon SS Ltd., Khoirabari, Bhakatpara Mudaibari VCMCS Ltd. & Barsilajhar SS Ltd. are completed and milling work will be started just after electrification.
* Oil Ghani: One no of Oil Ghani Mill building in Rowta SS Ltd. is completed and milling work will be started after electrification.
* PDS lifting & distribution: 24 nos. of Co-Operative societies are dealing the business of PDS lifting & distribution among the consumers under NFS Act/2013.
* MDM rice lifting & distribution: 22 nos of GPSS are dealing the business of MDM rice lifting & distribution among the schools under MDM scheme.
